Automation Support

LNS Servo Bar Feeders

Installed across the turning centers to automate bar stock feeding for continuous, unattended machining. The controlled feed system improves stability, reduces vibration, and supports more consistent part quality across production runs.

Amada Punching Systems

ACM also supports insulation component production with an Amada AE2510NT-T51 and an Amada Pega 345. These systems are used for non-metal insulation materials and other repeat punching work where tooling flexibility and dependable output matter.

Material Prep

Cosen C-320NC Band Saw
